MEMORY · FOR THE PEOPLE WHO BUILD

Every day,
a fingerprint.

Duly Noted captures what just happened — meetings, calls, ideas — and quietly extracts the people, decisions, and commitments that mattered. Returns them when you need them. Not before.

Memory shouldn't be a feature you go to. It should be a thing that happens, in the background, while you do the work.

HOW IT WORKS

Capture. Extract. Return.

Capture.

Hit ⌘N. Talk, type, or paste. No tags. No folders. No "did you mean to file this?". Just the thing that happened.

Just got off a call with Maya. She wants to hold pricing but I'm not convinced.

Extract.

Quietly, while you keep working: who you mentioned, what got decided, who promised what. Indexed. Searchable. Yours.

Return.

Three months later — what did Maya commit to last quarter? Type the question. Get an answer with citations. Memory that doesn't need an algorithm to remember you.

→ what did Maya promise about pricing?
She said she'd send v3 of the deck by Fri (m247). Still open as of today.
THE FINGERPRINT

No two days alike.

Every day Duly Noted records leaves a signature. Bars are entries, height is intensity, color is kind. Look at six months at once and patterns appear — the weeks you talked to nobody, the weeks you decided everything. Your year, as data.

FAQ

Things you'd want to ask.

Does it watch my meetings?
No. Duly Noted only sees what you type or paste into it. No microphone access, no calendar scraping, no Zoom bots — unless you choose to paste a transcript yourself.
Where does my data live?
On servers we run, encrypted at rest. You can export everything as plain JSON or markdown at any time. If you cancel, we delete it within 30 days. We won't train models on your notes — promise number one.
How is this different from Notion / Apple Notes / Obsidian?
Those are filing cabinets — they're as organized as you make them. Duly Noted is the opposite: capture is frictionless, organization is automatic, and retrieval is conversational. You don't manage notes. You write them and forget.
Is the AI just GPT in a trenchcoat?
We use frontier LLMs for extraction and Q&A, fine-tuned and prompted for the specific job of "find the people, decisions, and commitments in this." The interesting work is what you don't see: how memories surface, how the fingerprint compresses a day, how citations stay honest.
Why "Duly Noted"?
Because it's the most passive-aggressive thing anyone has ever said in a meeting, and we wanted a brand that would never accidentally take itself too seriously.
