Acceptance
By creating an account or using Duly Noted, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service. In these terms, "we," "us," and "Duly Noted" refer to the operators of the service, and "you" refers to the account holder.
The service & beta status
Duly Noted captures the notes you write and uses AI to extract the people, decisions, and commitments inside them, so you can return to them later. The service is currently in beta and under active development. Features may change, break, or disappear, and availability is not guaranteed.
Accounts & security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@dulynoted.today if you suspect unauthorized access. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the service (see our Privacy Policy regarding age).
Acceptable use
Don't use Duly Noted to break the law, infringe others' rights, store content you have no right to store, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or abuse the infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
You own your content. The notes you write and the data extracted from them remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you — running extraction, answering your questions, and generating fingerprints. We claim no ownership and, as stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not train models on your content.
AI features
Duly Noted uses AI to extract and summarize. Extraction may be imperfect — it can miss things, mislabel them, or get details wrong. Output is provided for your convenience and is not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Verify anything important before relying on it.
Beta disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis during beta. It may change at any time, experience downtime, or lose data. Please keep your own backups via the export feature for anything you can't afford to lose.
Fees
Duly Noted is free during beta. There is no pricing yet. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we'll give you notice and clear terms before any charge applies.
Termination
You can stop using Duly Noted and delete your account at any time; on deletion we erase your data within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. You can export your content before leaving.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duly Noted is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in [JURISDICTION].
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
